With a 575lb max capacity and 2.3" thick pad, this basic bench weighs 55lbs, making it easy to move and store while boasting decline, flat, and 5 incline angles to choose from, plus an adjustable seat.

The bench is very light so maneuvering it around my small space is pretty doable. It's pretty sturdy and the cushioning is thick and grippy. The only improvement I would like on this particular bench would be some type of foothold for using the decline. The angle is good but I wind up grappling the handle with my ankles to keep from sliding off. They of course make a bench that already has this. I dont use decline enough to care.

Nice size for me and a great bench to get started. I really like the wheels for moving it around. It feels a bit wiggly when you first sit down but it's all good when I'm using it :)
