This specialty bar delivers all the tricep targeting, with little-to-no joint strain.
It has ergonomic neutral handles that reduce joint stress and rotating sleeves that ensure smooth reps. The handle length to avoids unwanted movement and helps you focus on isolating your triceps. Use it for various exercises, such as skull crushers, french presses, and close grip bench presses.

IMPORTANT: Although Cerakote is more resistant to rust and abrasion, it can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact.
