Product Details
This specialty bar delivers all the tricep targeting, with little-to-no joint strain.
It has ergonomic neutral handles that reduce joint stress and rotating sleeves that ensure smooth reps. The handle length to avoids unwanted movement and helps you focus on isolating your triceps. Use it for various exercises, such as skull crushers, french presses, and close grip bench presses.
You can also use it for other muscles, such as biceps, delts, lats, and forearms, by doing hammer curls, front raises, pullovers, wrist extensions, and more.
IMPORTANT: Although Cerakote is more resistant to rust and abrasion, it can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact.

Excellent for Skull Crushers, Tricep Extensions, Close Grip (Neutral) Bench Press, and Hammer Curls. My sore elbow feels better already. It also goes along with the color scheme of my Fringe Sport Midas Mini bar. I can't wait for the Arm Blaster to arrive. I may order the Cerekote EZ Curl Bar to complete the matching set!

This tricep bar is very nice piece of craftsmanship and you can tell right away. First impressions is it came in a box with 3 strong straps. It came in a bag with sleeves being surrounded in foam. Even oiled up the knurling is superb, after wiping it down good the knurling became the best I’ve ever felt. The black and gold color looks straight badass and gives you that extra boost of energy / dopamine for your workout. Whole bar is built like a tank and very rust resistant. The sleeves are more than enough for your needs, don’t complain about not having enough weight capacity when you add only 10s instead of 35s or 45s. You can’t surpass this bar which I like, safety first! The bar is a 10/10 and Bells of Steel products speak for themselves and personally think they kick Rogue’s ass LOL! Amazing tricep bar you don’t need any other, you want something nice, get this.

No dought this is an outstanding tricep bar. I have tried other bars but this one (Bells of steel Tricep bar) is the best! The right length, weight, distance of bar handles and knurl grade. Built (Quality) just right.
