Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.
Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).
Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

These tried-and-true J-Cups have UHMW protection on all sides to keep your bar evenly distributed and secure while withstanding enthusiastic re-rackings. They're more basic than pumpkin spice season, but they do the trick.
60mm version: Fits our 60mm racks + cable towers & non-B.o.S. 60mm x 60mm racks with 5/8" holes. UHMW triple-padding protects your bar & features a 700lb combined capacity.
Hydra version: Fits our Hydra racks & non-B.o.S. true 3" x 3" racks with 5/8" holes. UHMW triple-padding protects your bar & features a 1,000lb combined capacity.
Manticore version: Fits our Manticore racks & non-B.o.S. true 3" x 3" racks with 1" holes. UHMW triple-padding protects your bar & features a 1,000lb combined capacity. Includes quick-locking mag pins and additional UHMW inside to protect your rack.
IMPORTANT: Choose the correct J-Cup version for the uprights and hole size on your power rack. Sold in pairs.

They're big and sturdy, the bar slides great on the protective shields which are on all three contact points and the BOS on them is a nice little touch.

Bought my second pair of J Cups from BOS (my first being the roller cups) and I couldn’t be happier. The reason I bought them was it’s easier to have an additional pair instead of constantly having to remember where you placed it for squats or bench and I found these to be more stable for benching. Shipping was fast and material is solid overall

That's such a smart approach—having dedicated pairs for squats and bench really does eliminate that constant shuffling around the gym. Okay, maybe not instant gains like my title says but this is an awesome product. Fits my REP PR-4000 nicely. Built very well and shipping was fast with great packaging.
The laser embedded logo is killer but would be a show stopper if the background came in different colors instead of black on black. Definitely will buy more from them in the future.
