IMPORTANT: Although e-coating and Cerakote are more resistant to rust and abrasion, they can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact. Only use nylon brushes and microfiber towels to clean this bad boy.

    Quality bar, needs to be more bendy

    Got the bar on sale, and I am happy with it. The bar is great length, rackable, and yet still easily able to move it around. I didn't notice any flaws with the knurling, and it pretty comfortable. The bend in the bar is comfortable to use on my wrists. The only issue is that the knurling does run into the web on my thumb. I wdo wish that part of the bar was longer. And I don't have large beefy hands either.

    All in all, I am happy with the bar.

    Is What It Says It Is

    Super happy with this purchase. This bar is incredibly well made as everything I have purchased has been from Bells of Steel.

    The aggressive knurling gives a secure, confident grip, and the bend in the bar feels perfect—it takes pressure off the wrists and makes every rep feel smooth. It’s a game changer for my workouts. The combination of grip, comfort, and quality has made lifting more enjoyable, and I look forward to each set.

    Good Bar, not perfect, very good value

    Review based on 1 week of ownership and only a couple of uses. Primary point of reference are the cheapo bars in commercial gyms, and I haven't used more premium competitor bars. Take with a grain or two of salt.

    Likes:

    Knurling: Good medium knurl that is grippy and comfortable. Entire bar is knurled.

    Aesthetic: Black bar with gold titanium sleeves is sharp looking.

    Finish: No obvious flaws in manufacturing (not looking over with a magnifying glass like the youtube review guys might).

    Survived the FedEx drop kick/body slam test without sustaining damage (but the shipping tube didn't)

    Great Value for money - (purchased at Black Friday price).

    Bar weight printed on the endcap.

    Dislikes:

    A perfect bar would be thicker (28.5 or 29 mm perhaps) and have a slightly longer bend: I have large hands that feel a bit crowded. I suspect either "fix" towards the perfect bar would drive pricing higher (Rogue's rackable bar is pushing $300 with tax and shipping for example), and if so I probably wouldn't pay extra for it, since this is an accessory bar and not a daily driver.

    Overall I'm happy with purchase and would recommend to others.
