I've been limited in how much I can lift lately because of an elbow/biceps tendon issue and decided to give the BoS Arm Blaster a shot. It's allowed me to still work fairly hard during my rehab without using much weight. When I'm hopefully recovered, I think I'll continue using it - as I age, getting a good pump without trying to go too heavy will likely become more and more valuable.
As for the device itself, it's very simple and effective. It feels extremely durable and the price was definitely right. I wish there was something to hang it from a hook by but it currently sits pretty in my basement gym on a shelf beneath some cable attachments.
Pleased with this purchase and I think it will become a regular part of my training.
