Used by ancient soldiers to prep for combat, the Adjustable Macebell channels your inner warrior while building deep core strength, shoulder mobility, and rotational power.

Unlike traditional fixed macebells, this baby’s fully adjustable (just like our best-selling Adjustable Kettlebells) to save you cash and space.

It comes with six 1kg plates and a simple inner loading system, letting you start light at 6kg and micro-load up to a challenging 12kg.

Plus, adjusting the weights is easy-peasy. Use the included Allen key to undo the bottom screw and remove the bottom part of the shell. Loosen the nut using the included hex nut wrench, then swap whatever plates you need. Simply reverse these steps to reassemble!

The handle diameter is 1.25"/32mm for a solid grip, but it is not so thick that it causes forearm burnout. Plus, the light knurling on the handle keeps your grip safe & secure, so you can keep swinging without worrying about tearing up your hands.

Whether you’re working on 360° swings, 10-to-2 swings, offset presses or more, this adjustable macebell targets the muscles that matter, translating functional strength into real-world performance.

    Exceptional piece of equipment

    I love everything...except for the handle

    I ordered this as soon as I got the drop email, and I don't regret being an early adopter. It arrived today, just in time for my workout.

    It's about as long as my 15 lb and 20 lb fixed-weight maces and maybe 3-4" shorter than the 12-32 kg adjustable sold by a competitor. It swings smoothly, and the end pommel is perfect for preventing accidents.

    The reason I deducted half a star is the handle diameter: it's noticeably smaller than the handles on most maces, at least in my experience. For context, I have five fixed-weight maces from 5 lb to 20 lb, and two bulavas (8 kg and 10 kg), along with the aforementioned 12-32 kg adjustable, all of which have handles that are around 1.5"-2". The handle on this one is smaller than any of those. I assume this was an engineering decision made to ensure that the empty weight would be 6 kg and keep the length reasonable; if that's the case, it's an acceptable trade-off for portability.
