    This thing burns

I absolutely love this attachment. I use it at the end of my forearm routine to finish me off and it destroys my forearms. People should lube up all the metal-on-metal with something like Super Lube silicone grease when assembling to keep it from squeaking. Also, if using it with a cable machine instead of free weights, I'd recommend taking the strap off and using something thinner. I'm using some 1000lb paracord with mine as the wrist roller cable attachment doesn't line up with my Bells' All-in-One Trainer's pulley, and with the OG strap, it binds while winding, the paracord is a better option.

Stoked to hear you’re loving the wrist roller! 💪 It’s an awesome finisher for your forearm routine and definitely packs a punch! Great tip about lubing the metal-on-metal parts with Super Lube silicone grease to keep it silent—nobody likes squeaks while crushing those gains! And using paracord as a cable attachment is a smart move to avoid binding. Keep those forearms shredded! -BoS Crew

    Overbuilt Wrist Roller.

Feels really sturdy. I like that handles are metal with a textured coating. It should hold up much better than the ones with foam handles. The rack attachment is great for giving your shoulders a break and isolating the forearms.

    Fantastic forearm workout

After using a wrist roller at a buddies home gym, I immediately knew I had to get one. I have been trying more forearm isolation stuff, and when I used a wrist roller, that was the first time I felt that activation. I was a bit nervous, because I am new to Bells of Steel stuff, but I fully committed and bought a whole power rack almost solely for this thing, well and some of the other attachments!

It's a fantastic and solid piece of equipment. I have the version that attaches to the rack, since I wanted forearm isolation. The carabiner clips into the strap, and it just works, but I would recommend maybe picking up a loading pin. When I would use my 45 Lb plates, I would load the carabiner through the opening and the plate would kind of wave around a bit, and swing against the rack. I use iron Olympic plates, but if you use bumper plates, it's not a big deal probably, but I still feel a loading pin is a nice optional upgrade.

Overall it's just a great piece of equipment if you want to get an intense forearm workout. I can't recommend it enough.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that the wrist roller has been a great addition to your training setup and that you're getting the forearm activation you were looking for. We appreciate the suggestion about the loading pin—it’s a great idea to ensure a more stable experience, especially when using iron plates. Let the Gainz Begin, BoS Crew
