These are my second j cups I've purchased in couple years as the other ones broke. They work as intended and are great for getting the barbellin position. This is the 2nd time I have ordered something form Bells where the equipment came rusted. Previously it was a barbell. This time the cups came rusted and the rollers were brown and stained with dirt. They work but disappointed with the appearance.

Confirmed rear locking pin. A lot beefer than what I expected. Rollers spin nicely, but these are brand new, I don't know how long these will hold up. The rear locking pin is a huge plus, and I hope these are on sale separately. The pin is on there real tight and I could not hand loosen them. They also came in dined up.....which was sad. I gave this a 4 stars cause I wished it had the UHMW on top and front of the roller, in case I hit the front of the rollers while racking. Also, if it had some bracing on the sides, it probably hold 1K in weight (BOS confirmed these are like the Hydras, 600 lb limit). I don't lift that, but it probably would last a lot longer.

Overall these are probably going to be the best entry level rollers j-cups on the market. I'm happy I got them and differently would recommend. I hope your locking pins aren't dined up like mines.

I love BOS. Most of my equipment comes from this company and I dont have a lot of bad comment to make. I've had these roller j cup for about 2 years, but only started to use them recently. Today, on my first bench warmup, the welding broke when I re racked the bar. It placed the roller jcup was in a weird angle and I had to drop the bar on the safeties. In my opinion, these roller j cup are quite dangerous. The max load is 300pouds, my bar was loaded with 70kg. Be careful.

Needed or more so wanted, roller j hooks for my titan X2 rack. These are close in size that I took a gamble and bought them. Not disappointed at all. These seem really durable. The rollers are very smooth. They make centering the bar so much easier now. I mostly use a 32 mm rogue squat bar and anything over 225 the bar would not shift to either side very easily. They save time and most importantly energy when re-centering the bar. At 300+, I would have to pick the bar up and shift it over on the stock j hooks, NOT ANYMORE. These make life so much simpler. Roller j hooks should just come stock with all racks from everyone. SO to get these to fit the X2 rack, I used a 2 part epoxy and glued - 1/8" thick UHMW plastic on the insides of the j hooks. Its not the prettiest looking but I was short on time and I don't care about how they look on the inside...I have attached photos for a reference.

On a side note, B.O.S. contacted me before they shipped this out as to as ask if these will fit my rack cause there was no record of me owning a B.O.S. rack. thought it was strange but ok. Delayed shipping by about 2 days just to confirm these would fit. I knew the pin would fit an just had to do some math on the plastic inserts.
