Product Details
The Multi-Grip Curl Bar is the jack-of-all-trades for arm muscle isolation on a cable machine. It's compatible with any cable machine using carabiners, so you won't need 93 different cable attachments.
Its curved design allows for joint-friendly pushdowns, curls, raises & upright rows, without you having to worry about inertia straining your wrists or elbows and causing injury. And the comfortable rubberized grips are gentle on your hands, in case mountainous callouses aren't your thing.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

I love it, great quality, heavy duty, exactly what I was looking for. I use it for curls, reverse curls, tricep press, rows and I put a pad on it and use it for seated calf raises. It is a great product and I would highly recommend it.

My husband likes the quality of the bar and how heavy duty it is. He just would have liked the bar to not have been so wide.

I use this for lat pulldowns since normal attachments for that are too wide for my power rack, this is perfect for the job.
