IG: @ericktorresfit During Covid, all gyms shut down and we started working out at home so I decided to invest in a home gym, the best decision I’ve made.
My goal is to deadlift 500lbs, squat 405lbs, and bench 315lbs. I am a personal trainer so I make my own programming.
I own the Residential Power Pack, FID bench, dip attachment, lever arms, dip belt, and plate pegs. I really want the Blitz Air Bike, EZ curl bar, and Plate Loaded Cable Tower. I love using the Lever arms for belt squats and Viking press.
