I’ve always enjoyed lifting at home without the distractions and having to wait for equipment. Current goals are just to keep getting bigger and stronger. I’d be lying if I said I was going by a certain program. I usually just hit the big 3 lifts hard and heavy, then follow up with more bodybuilding type workouts.
So far I just have the Hydra rack, Monolift rack attachment, and the powerlifting bench. Looking to add more attachments in the future. My favorite fitness hack would be if I workout hard enough it allows me to eat more junk food without getting fatter.
