If you want to improve the definition and strength of your back muscles, you need a lat pulldown bar.
Compatible with any cable machine using carabiners, both lat pulldown bars feature a rotating connection point ensuring buttery-smooth reps.
The A3 steel and durable chrome coating resist rust, while the aggressive knurling results in an unmatched grip.
The lat bar with rubberized grips is gentler on your hands in case mountainous callouses aren't your thing, and is safer with its rounded rubber ends.
The "Standard" lat bar is included by default with the Lat Pulldown Machine.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included) for use on your cable machine.

This bar is perfect. It’s high quality, the perfect length, doesn’t squeak when it rotates, nice knurling (on the more aggressive side), is very solid, will last through any apocalypse you can throw at it. Also the shipping was ideal. It’s not wrapped in a lot of wasteful stuff. It/s a bar, it won’t get damaged and it didn’t. Highly recommended.

Good but came in very oily, not sure what it was but needed a good wipedown before use. Perfect otherwise , good pricing and didnt ask for almost 40$ shipping like Rogue!

Solid, high quality build with a nice polished/clean finish and aggressive knurling. The knurling is somewhat uncomfortable if gripping too tight or if you shift your hands constantly, but it does a great job of keeping your hands locked on the bar. Excellent value considering the features, material and price.

I've been upgrading my cable attachments recently and, I must say, this is one of the best ones yet. This thing is solid, and the knurling is just right. It's got some real heft to it also, which I really like. Oh, and it's awesome for back work. Great, job Bells!
