This is simply a great barbell for your wrists. It will add more work out time for your arms without the unneeded injury. Looks great too and simply works well for me. Matches well with my dead bounce plates.

I looked around for a quality EZ Curl Bar and BOS steel offered the best bang for my buck. Quality is as nice as my Rogue barbell. I love the ribbed sleeves and the black phosphate finish is beautiful. Bar definitely feels high end. The only improvement I would suggest would be to make the grips a little longer. Depending on where I am holding ( for example skull crushers vs bicep curls) I find sometimes the grips could be larger. Overall, an awesome bar and you have an added bonus of BOS customer service which is top notch.

Picked up at Toronto warehouse to save on delivery - very well organized for pickup and item was extremely well packaged to prevent any damage in transport. Black coating gives a nice look, however the trade off is when/if it chips it stands out more (I already have a chip). Overall excellent product and price is still reasonable.

I use this bar almost every workout (or at least find a reason to use it). It’s got perfect swoops, knurl, and has the 28mm posts so I didn’t have to find all new weights. Plus, it was a great price. I’ve already recommended it to 2 other friends.
