The Rackable EZ Curl Bar is the ultimate tool for arm development.
This bar's unique shape allows you to lift with less strain on your wrists and elbows, and more focus on your working muscles to maximize the stimulation of your biceps and triceps. Use it for standing bicep curls, preacher curls, or pair it with an Arm Blaster. Then, target your triceps with skull crushers, french presses, and more, for an arm-aggedon you'll never forget.
Best of all, it fits across your j-cups for easy plate-loading and unloading to spare your back.
IMPORTANT: Although e-coating and Cerakote are more resistant to rust and abrasion, they can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact. Only use nylon brushes and microfiber towels to clean this bad boy.

Amazing purchase, works awesome, super easy to add weight and use. Great pump!
It would be nice if it were the same weight as a standard bar, 45lbs, to make plate calculation easier. But I just throw 15lbs for every set and it works close enough.
Knurling feels good, hand angles are good as well. Im 6' and the spacing works nicely. Feels super high quality and makes me excited for any day I do arms. I waited several months to see if this would return in stock and though i havent tried the previous version, this was probably my favorite purchase for my home gym other than my power rack.
Delivery was way faster than I expected arrived the next day.

Of course the biggest bonus is making changing plates much easier. Beautiful bar, good knurling and great grip angles (for me, anyway). Highly recommend this bar to add to your arsenal. I've used it for curls, triceps extensions, close grip bench, shoulder press, back rows and seal rows
