Economically isolate your quads & hammies to build a nice set of wheels.
The Leg Extension/Curl Rack Attachment offers a machine-like feel and stability without taking up valuable real estate in your home gym. This beefy attachment has a weight plate capacity of 250lbs and a user capacity of 250lbs.
The Leg Extension/Curl unlocks seated leg extensions, so you can blast your quads but don't forget your hammies! They can be isolated one at a time with standing single-leg hamstring curls for some juicy hams worthy of Sunday dinner. Throw on some resistance bands for tension you can cut with a knife (which we do not recommend).
Choose the Leg Extension/Curl Power Rack Attachment that coordinates with your power rack uprights and hole size.
IMPORTANT: Your power rack MUST be bolted down when using the Leg Extension/Curl to ensure user and equipment safety. For maximal stability, use this attachment on the inside of your rack.

Overall design is great, am using on a Rep 5000 rack with no fitment issues.
Like the concept of the eyelet for cable attachment but disliked how it moved the pad around on the bottom pad pivot point almost would have like the pad to be solid at the end of extension arm. No issues when only plate loaded.
Due to the weight and awkward center of gravity it would be nice if there was handle mounted for easier instal and removal.
Other than the things above it fills a void I had missing in my home gym at a good price point and i would repurchase if I had to.

Initially I was a little skeptical with the leg extension purchase. For two reasons. The first being, the rack I have is a different manufacturer and no 5/8s holes but still 3” columns. The second reason, some times ancillary products like this never work as advertised and do not have the same manufactured quality one expects…
As to my first hesitation. I’m extremely happy to report that this leg extension fits perfectly on my rig. I was able to drill a 5/8” hole myself and mount with ease.
Secondly, the overall quality of this unit blew away my expectations. It’s very heavy duty! Works exactly as advertised! Very smooth range of motion! It’s exactly what I needed to take my leg workouts to the next level.
If you’ve been looking for a leg extension machine for you home. Look no further!! This piece of equipment is exactly what you need!

Good bang for the buck but I have a hard time getting good tension at the bottom of my leg extension with this. I've tried banding using the hook on the end of the leg extension pad but still even maxing it out cannot it get heavy at the bottom.
