I ordered these knee sleeves at a large and could not get them on. I emailed customer support and they were very quick to respond and send me an XL (very awesome of them!) I got them and they work great. They are tight and very comfortable but also secure my knees very well for heavy squats. They feel like they will last a very long time and are made of a good quality. Would recommend to anyone to buy these!!! (thinking about buying the elbow sleeves now)

I bought these a few weeks ago after feeling pain in the back of my knee/hamstring after squatting. These sleeves have made my knees feel much better during and after heavy lower body workouts. I would highly recommend them. Also, I followed the sizing chart and was a bit skeptical that I would be an XL, but that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly.

Sizing is very accurate for me. Very tight in the beginning but just like with any other knee sleeves, needs a 2-3 lifting sessions to break in. Provides great support on heavy lifts!

I looked at ''how to measure knee sleeve size'' my knees are 16 3/4'' so I ordered XL 17-18'' but it was impossible to put them on. I emailed BoS and they shipped me XXL with no hassle and were damn friendly.
I have naturally huge legs (not fat) and if you are the type that struggle to find jeans that fit good then I suggest you extra size up.

These knee sleeves are a great fit. Originally I sized down which was a mistake for me. Luckily the bells of steel customer service is phenomenal. The knee sleeves are excellent quality at a great price point. I highly recommend.
