I got mine for free and have used it in every leg workout since! My only complaint is that Bells of Steel doesn’t offer more resistance types, heavy, extra heavy etc. Make more of these Bells of Steel and I will be here to buy them! I reward myself for consistency with new gym equipment and Bells of Steel always have a special place in my home gym!

Not the typical thin stretchy loop, this glute loop is fabric reinforced, thick material that will give your glutes a real workout and will last more than a month or two in almost daily use. Cost-effective and quality -- what's not to like? Highly recommended.
