This extra long tricep rope extension is a prized cable attachment, compatible with any cable machine using carabiners. The nylon ropes and hard plastic ends are durable and long-lasting. Plus, the 25mm diameter is comfortable to hold, so you work your tris to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Built for specialized ranges of motion during facepulls, tricep pushdowns and ab exercises without dealing with short cable lengths on cable machines.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

I had been hanging two regular length rope extensions together which worked but was somewhat awkward and this extra long one makes the exercises much easier to use and less bulky on the cable.
