Easier to put on and take off. Very supportive due to the extra thickness; some elbow sleeves are not as thick. Satisfied overall.

These sleeves are great! They feel great on heavy lifts and zercher lifts. I do think a 5mm version would be preferable for wearing for a full workout, but I still like these a lot.
My one caveat is that the sizing felt off. My elbow measured 14 (forearms are 14.5 and lower bicep where the sleeve sits are 15) so I ordered a large. They were far too small. I couldn't get them over my forearm. I sized up to a XL and these feel like the right size.
