If you can afford one one just buy it! Yes, it's ungainly, does one thing only, and I needed to shuffle my garage around to find a space for it but loading is SO much easier than rolling the bar over a 2.5lb plate and screwing around with 45s that don't want to slide under pressure, everything's wiggling, I'm getting mad, etc, etc. The price is right for a solid jack that does the job. Just buy it.

Very happy with this purchase. Myself and my two sons love to deadlift. We are all at different levels so a lot of loading and unloading plates when working out. This jack makes the process so much easier. It's a full jack so lifts the whole barbell, no wobble what so ever. It's solid. I prefer this over the single deadlift jacks. They are not as sturdy, a lot of wobble, and you have to life the barbell twice. Each side to change the plates.
The rollers are a nice touch to center the barbell before lowering it to the ground.
If your considering a full deadlift jack, you won't go wrong with this one. Highly recommend.

I know deadlift jacks are basically a solved technology, but I can still appreciate the little touches like adding rollers.
This thing is just as heavy-duty as you'd expect, and gives great leverage. Not much more you could ask for in a full deadlift jack (and certainly not for +$70 USD for a similar Rogue one).
Minor complaint: Mine was missing one of the plastic plugs that close off the cylindrical feet.
