Perform tricep pushdowns, lat pulldowns, low rows and more using this portable and inexpensive Cable Pulley.
With an unbelievable 440lb weight plate capacity, this cable pulley can be anchored to any power rack or stand-alone pull-up bar and tucked away when not in use. If you don't have the space or budget for a full Cable Machine, this is the solution. Grab two cable pulleys and connect them together for a low row setup and unlock curls, tricep extensions, low rows, pull throughs, and more.
Add an ankle strap to add glute work to the mix. At this price, you can't afford not to get two!
IMPORTANT: The cable length on the cable pulley is 1,965mm/77.4" long in order to be compatible with higher attachment points.

There's no room for improvement. The pulley from BoS is solid, smooth, quite, and looks really nice especially if you have an expensive rack. If you pride yourself on nice equipment and want a pulley this is the one

I picked up the pulley attachment thinking I would use it only for triceps extensions, but by attaching different handles I have also been using it for lat pulldowns and cable crunches. It's even more useful than I anticipated. Very happy with it
