A high-quality, heavy-duty, adjustable weight bench with separate seat and back adjustments, so you can tailor it to your workout.
Beefier than the Utility Adjustable Bench but leaner than the Buzz-Saw Bench, it features 7 adjustable positions from 85 to -20 degrees, offering next-level muscle targeting and versatility, while the wheels and a handle make it easy to move and store.
We've upgraded the bench pad with a thicker and tougher vinyl than the original version. The new texture provides superior grip, keeping you securely planted on heavy lifts and reducing unwanted sliding during intense workouts.
This bench is also compatible with the upcoming Universal Bench Adapter for adding Bench Attachments, transforming it into a versatile exercise station that supports preacher curls, sit-ups, leg curls & extensions, and more!
We also upgraded our powder coat with a more durable, scratch-resistant finish. Say goodbye to scuffs, chips, and annoying wear-and-tear, and say hello to a sleeker bench that stays looking fresh, rep after rep.
Easily remove the included leg attachment to tuck your feet while benching, and make the most of your bench with an unmatched 1,000lb capacity and comfy 2.5" thick pad.

Quick and painless ordering process; delivered on-time and in great condition, and easy to setup -- took about 30 minutes -- but there's one part that probably would've made it easier if two people were involved, but I was able to persevere and get it done myself!

Awesome bench. Another top-notch product from Bells of Steel. Straight forward assembly until the last part. I followed the video until the back selector. I installed the middle joint before attaching the selector as the selector piece makes the back heavier which added to the difficulty getting the joint and 4 washers in. Otherwise, everything else was pretty straight forward.

I bench 300 lbs and I weight 260lbs. This bench feel very strong under all this weight. I definitively feel safe using it.
I recommend without hesitation.

The actual bench is very nice but the packaging is bad arrived loose in the box causing scratches and dings and the box was also filled with thousands of tiny steel balls that made a huge mess could just be a mess up as I've ordered a rack and that was perfectly okay other than that I'm very pleased with the bench
