The winner for November 2023 is Paul Boucher from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
IG: @the.butcher.shop.gymMy original home gym was started in 2020 with the Wall-mounted rack, some bumper plates and bare steel barbell from B.o.S. Moved into its current iteration in 2022. My current fitness goals is overall strength, mostly focusing on the big three lifts. I use a self-built program based on research from several sources, including Ripitoe's Starting Strength. For BOS equipment, I have:
- Folding Wall Mount Power Rack – Narrow
- BOS Powerlifting Bench
- Barenaked Powerlifting Bar 2.0
- Arch Nemesis Bar
- Open Trap/Hex Bar
- Roller J-Cups
- Spotter Arms
- Split Squat Leg Roller Power Rack Attachment
- Landmine Power Rack Attachment
- Cable Pulley
- Dead Bounce Conflict Bumper Plates
- Dip Belt / Belt Squat Belt
- Barbell Zip Clips
Next on my wishlist is upgrading to the Manticore system. Before I bought the Landmine attachment, my favourite hack was using a cut tennis ball to protect my barbell from landmine movements.
