When gyms closed last year because of Covid, I didn’t want to let all of my hard work go away. Fitness goals are to keep getting stronger and breaking more powerlifting records in my division.
Following the strength program directed by Darwin Robinson of West Indy Barbell. I have the wall mount fold up power rack, bumper plates, safety arms for the power rack, and the open trap bar..which I love!
I’d love to have an SSB and 25 & 30 lb dumbbells ..and a belt squat.
Resistance bands can be used for about anything..so versatile.
